I hereby certify that all the information contained in this form is true and correct, and I understand that university admission is relying on this certification in arranging my admission in an institute of higher learning in the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore.
I will submit the required documents in the required format to GVM Global as and when demanded. I hereby authorize GVM Global to complete, sign and submit on my behalf any and all the documents and forms required to obtain acceptance to an institute of higher education in the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore and to receive direct notification of the said application.
I understand that GVM Global services are limited to university admission only. Fees paid to GVM Global will not be refunded if they are unable to secure admission because of my non-cooperative attitude or if I decide not to proceed with the admission process for whatever reason or if I am denied a student visa.
